- Monetization is possible for both personal and commercial use.
- In principle, credit notation of the delivered sound source is not required.
- Music sold by assignment of copyright do not waive moral rights.
No royalties or other fees will be charged for the use of BGM sound sources delivered under copyright transfer. Use of the sound source in the following applications or methods is prohibited. Please note that copyright infringement claims may be filed by copyright holders (or their agents).
- Use of the sound source in any production or content that violates laws and regulations (Japanese law) or is offensive to public order and morals.
- Use of music in productions or contents related to politics, religion, or other ideologies.
- Creating “musical derivative works” by processing (sampling, etc.), arranging, remastering, remixing, adding songs, etc. to a sound source.
- Creating, publishing, or selling musical scores of music.
- Using the sound source in a way that defames or discredits the composer or producer, or is likely to do so.

著作権の侵害を気にすることなく、AG Music (Azure Glitch Music Production) が制作したBGM楽曲をご利用するために、各BGM楽曲を著作権譲渡でご購入いただけます。
著作権譲渡でBGMを購入する場合
- 個人利用、商用利用ともに収益化も可能です。
- 納品した音源のクレジット表記は原則不要です。
- 著作権譲渡で販売した音源は、著作者人格権を放棄するものではありません。
著作権譲渡で納品されたBGM音源の利用で、使用料等の請求はありません。次に該当する用途・方法における音源の利用をできません。著作権者（または代理人）から著作権侵害の申し立てが行われることがありますのでご注意ください。
- 音源を法令（日本法）に違反する、または公序良俗に反する制作物・コンテンツで使用すること
- 音源を政治・宗教その他のイデオロギーに関する制作物・コンテンツで使用すること
- 音源の加工（サンプリング等）、アレンジ、リマスター、リミックス、歌を乗せる等を行い、音源を使用した「音楽的二次著作物」を作成すること
- 音源の楽譜を作成し公開・販売すること
- 作曲・制作者の名誉や信用を毀損し、または毀損するおそれがあると判断される用途で使用すること
